Charles C. Gagnon
Charles es uno de los fundadores del Grupo Financiero Amphora y su Presidente del Consejo de Administración.
Charles is a Canadian citizen who holds civil and common law degrees with honours from McGill University. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF), the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is a seasoned speaker at tax conferences and has published several papers on tax topics. He has extensive expertise in the structuring and implementation of corporate, trust and insurance solutions.
He is listed in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada and Who’s Who Legal.

David O. Wright
David manages the operations of Amphora Financial Group and acts as CEO & Vice-Chairman of the Board. A UK qualified accountant, he has extensive experience in insurance, investment management, financial risk management and corporate restructuring. His experience also includes trading in precious metals and fixed income securities and the management of information and communications technology infrastructures.
David serves as a director of Sagicor Life Inc and a number of its subsidiaries. He is a past director of the Barbados International Business Association and served on the Joint Policy Working Group – a government advisory committee on International Business. He also served on the Sub-committee for the Review of the Securities Act & Related Legislation.
David is a former director of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation and chairman of its finance committee.

Louis Galardo
Louis is the founder of the Ventrum Group of Companies established in 1986. Ventrum is a privately-held real estate development group based in Montreal, Canada. Over the past thirty years, it has developed several neighbourhood retail malls in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. In addition to its Canadian retail portfolio, it owns a large neighbourhood mall located in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and a portfolio of office properties in Quebec.
Louis has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
He has also served as a part-time lecturer at Concordia University in Corporate and Real Estate Financing.

Algernon Leacock
Mr. Leacock is the CEO of Trident Insurance Company Limited, a publicly-listed Barbados insurance company.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, a B.Comm. from the University of Windsor and an M.B.A. from the University of the West Indies.

Ian Carrington
Ian is the Director of the National Insurance Scheme, with responsibility and oversight for the management of the Department’s Social Security funds. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Commission in Barbados where he was responsible for regulation, supervision and monitoring of the non-banking financial sectors comprising the insurance, pensions, credit union and securities industries.
He holds a Masters of Public Administration and a Post-Graduate diploma in Public Policy from Harvard University, and is a Fellow of the Certified General Accountants and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada
